The UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning published its publication as an input to the ’Futures of Education’ discourse with the title: Embracing a Culture of Lifelong Learning

This report, based on a specific transdisciplinary consultation amongst distinguished experts, has described some major areas for action through which education and its organisations and institutions can contribute to raising both participation and performance in adult and lifelong learning.
